4 Adam. 3 Adam 55, 3 Adam 61, I'll be taking a disturbance. 11th and Howard, 11 and Howard. Timo, the staff states a homeless white male, 40s to 50 years old, balding, wearing a blue coat, gray pants, flip-flops, is screaming and yelling at passerbys for about 10 to 15 minutes. He's possibly smoking a cigarette, unknown weapons, drinking or drugs. Caller has video footage to show officers. 3 Adam 55.
