At the intersection of Spring Valley Ave and Maywood, there's a female party that got out of her family's vehicle and is screaming, running in the middle of traffic. It's a 65-year-old female wearing black sweatpants, black button-down, long-sleeved shirt, hairs in a braid with a bandana. She's also going to be having a gray tote bag. Family's still on scene trying to get her back in the car.
