Baker 21, Baker 11. It's going to be 4350 Montgomery Road at Old Navy. There's an irate customer in the store. It looks like we have the customer and Old Navy calling in. Suspects are Black female in her 30s wearing a blue Eagle shirt. She's taking the clothes that she just returned. She's complaining that she can't return something and they're not telling her that she can get cash back. 1821.
