Negative. It started out at a different address about a couple blocks over that was going to be in county's jurisdiction. We had to get an updated address from the RP and stated in this area, which changed it to city's jurisdiction. County had cleared. Communication in the area, seeing our vehicle, Union Road and Coachwood Lane. White Hyundai and black Acura, checking each other and driving recklessly, yelling at each other as well. DOT, Eagle, Walt. Communication is clear. 1811. Communication in the area, seeing our vehicle, Union Road and Coachwood Lane.
