812, 813, sending a theft just occurred, 8858 Waltham Woods Road, 8858 Waltham Woods Road, cross street of Townhill Road, East Joppa Road at the Safeway. Heather's advising she just watched five subjects drive down Sater Hill away from the location on two motorized carts from the store. Looks like three females, age 15 to 16, and two black males, 15 to 16, wearing black clothing.
