308, unknown consumer, 3917 Dunn Avenue. Tumor caller requested police to this location regarding her two brothers fighting. Donnie Faulkner, physically wearing a black shirt, red pants, diagnosed with schizophrenia. Not on his medication. He's armed with a broom. The second one's Ronnie Faulkner, wearing a black shirt, blue pants. He's diagnosed schizophrenic, not on his medication as well. There was a very loud disturbance in the background. 3917 Dunn.
