It's going to be at the Harris Teeter, 11075 Resort Road. The vehicle cut the caller off twice and is now following her. It's going to be a dark tan-ish gray Chevy Silverado, Virginia tag Sam Union Mary 3509, driven by a Black male, age 35, with a beard and glasses. They're still in the parking lot, 1708. I'm tracked on the comments. Can you ask the caller to drive to the police station if she's being followed?
