Go ahead. I have a call for a larceny at 1234 McElderly Street, apartment 10. Caller stated male took a wallet. It happened 3 minutes ago. He left on foot, direction of travel unknown. Suspect was a number 1 male wearing a gray hoodie, gray pants, and blue Nikes. Named Devin Marcus Guy Jr. Male has a dog, but the dog was not used as a threat. Caller advised the male caused a disturbance before the call.
