Post 3, can you check the intersection of North Highland Avenue and Old Albany Post Road for a male, White, youth of probably about 14 or 15-years-old? Caller states he seems a bit disorientated, walking in traffic at that intersection. Caller states he has on a black shirt and possibly tan pants.
