799 Capitol Beach Boulevard. Our caller said 7 ago. There's a group of solicitors, 4 to 5 black males that were in the caller's driveway with backpack. Caller told them to leave and they stared at her. She then said she was going to call police and they left in a brown Suburban with out-of-state plates. They were last seen headed southbound on Capitol Beach Boulevard. 799 Capitol Beach. 3054.
