Damn it looks like one of the guys I pass on my bike when I use to work a little south of there. Older Latino guy praying for his family
Wow I had to detour at 9:15 am
I think I passed this earlier this morning, I saw a white Chevy Silverado speeding south on 16th street. I thought they were dragging their bumper but now think it was maybe the bike. Called and reported to non emergency.
