I have a caller requesting assistance at 656 East Lake Street. 656 East Lake, crosses are Windermere, Pines, and Hoyt. Patty Vanderhave says that her neighbor's dogs are in her backyard, and they are not very happy. It sounds like the caller is safe, but the dogs aren't getting along with either. It sounds like a couple of larger dogs.
