814 units, we're gonna have a neighbor dispute, 4294 West Jefferson. Caller's from apartment 2, states the neighbors from below her are harassing her. Currently in the hallway outside of her apartment that belongs to her and they're not supposed to be there. No weapons seen, verbal only. Two females, possibly one male. Said he has to go to the back door.
