360 Church Street for a drugs call. Caller is advising that you saw a patient that was aggressive and agitated and is now smoking something from a can. He struck something into a bush. It was a crushed Pepsi can, put a lighter to it and was smoking something from it. He just put the can in the bush and gave somebody a thumbs up. He's now getting into a vehicle.
