16 Adam. Coming in as a person down at McDonald's, 1661 4th Street South. 1661 4th Street South. It's called in by James McMillan. Advised that a white male in his 40s, about 5'10", medium build, wearing a black shirt, black pants, unknown weapon, passed out at the bus stop. It's an ongoing issue with the subject being at this bus stop. Apparently, they've been out there for the past week. Rescue's going to be responding further if we get it at 1400.
