19. Jimmy's Lock Shop, 2238 West Glen. See Jim, he said that there's a black sedan and a red sedan that are blocking the entrance. There's a black male that's talking through the window of the red sedan to someone in the other vehicle, and they were trying to open the door, possibly arguing.
