I saw that this morning at 6 AM. There’s no way the guy on the E bike survived . There was debris a block away down Archer.

Then they shouldn't be in the dang street!
E bikes and E scooters should not be able to go over 10mph. They zip in front of cars. They should be outlawed in city and only 16 yr olds and over should be licensed for them .
