4203, 4201. 4203. 4201. Got a theft, Ormsby Manor, 113 Ormsby Avenue off of School and Grace. Caller said while she was walking, a man came past her and took her bag off of her. Happened about 10 minutes ago. It was a Black male in a wheelchair.
