Grease car 821, check out the area by Arcadia High School for the almost hit-and-run MVA. A dump truck was dumping gravel, a vehicle passed the caller on the right-hand side, rotted. It almost hit the flagger directing traffic. Her mirror hit another vehicle and she kept going. Suspect was driving a gray Chevy John Henry Union 2712. Female, head of white Voyager. And can be southbound on left. 10-4.
