It's going to be in the area of White Oaks Road and 173. White Oaks Road and 173. A passerby is calling in about a dark-colored Toyota that looks like it hit a couple tanks that carry ammonia. He said that the tanks don't seem to be leaking anything, and the vehicle appears to be sitting there for a while now.
