Have a B&E not in progress. 209 and a half Bellevue Lane in Beckley. Caller advises someone broke into her fiance's car. Nothing was taken, but they left the doors wide open. Also attempted to get into the complainant's vehicle, but the door was locked. I don't know if it was a male or female. They have a white jacket with a light gray bottom of the jacket, khaki-looking pants, possibly a female but can't tell. Face was covered with a hood.
