Got him, but no weapons were seen. Subject is a WA with tan complexion, bald, 5'5", thin-build, wearing a gray sweater and shorts. Reporting party says he can't leave as he's waiting for his girlfriend to get off work and keeps going between reporting party's vehicle and the bus stop. Roberta's at 4455 South Virginia Street.
