310. I'm at a Dutch Bros, 1021 B Street, 911. RP is an employee. She advised that a transient is breaking into their trash enclosure. When RP advised him to leave, he became hostile, negative weapons. He also is driving a black sedan. It's going to be a WMA, black long pants and shirt and a hat. He's currently still at the location, upset that he can't get back in.
