531. 531, copy. A hit-and-run just occurred. Caller is at 1302 Burnett Ave at Q's Express. It occurred near the TL Ave exit and eastbound 690. His name is Amarion Bates. He's in a white Acura, stating that a big Chevy white van, like a commercial-looking van, hit his vehicle two times and then got onto eastbound 690 at 0132. 31, copy.
