I got 11-5-1-0 Portland on the FA just happened. Caller states there's a middle sitting outside with a gun. Caller states he pulled in on his girlfriend about 15 minutes ago. Light-complected black male was red and a heavy-build, wearing a blue, dark jeans. Nothing further.
