Narrative updated. Can you put a note in for animal control in the morning? They're going to call and have them come pick this dog up. Also, there's consistent issues with a German Shepherd and another dog that are running the area from 705 6th Street. As seen in my narrative, I saw that German Shepherd running the street earlier when I was headed to another call. He had a animal in his mouth.
