Priority 2, it's going to be West 159th and Montrose. West 159th and Montrose at Emmett Park. Caller says her husband can hear a female crying in the park. Says the female asked to use the husband's phone. Says that the female wouldn't come out the park, and he couldn't get a description of her. Priority 2, CAD is 1391.
