3011 South 148th Street. We have a female on the line. Well, it looks like a passerby is calling. There's apparently a female who speaks Somalian who swapped her keys in her car with her 2-year-old. She's just screaming. Not able to get much more information from her. It's a gray Ford Explorer at Riverton Heights Park.
