0410 McCorkle Avenue Southeast at the Exxon, Little General and Marmite, across of Lynchcreek and 115th Street. Caller's passed by a tanker tractor-trailer on the lot. Says there's smoke or steam coming out of the top of the tank. He can hear it as well. Doesn't smell anything. Placard number is 1977. Possibly nitrogen refrigerated liquid. Time now is 2040 to 9.
