Attention all units, 10-33, 10-55, single 12 BOLO. It's in the area of Southeast 9th Street and East University Avenue. BOLO for a black SUV. Caller advised that the vehicle was following them and had their bikes on. The caller turned off and the vehicle threw a cup at the caller's vehicle. Caller's no longer being followed. 10-98, it's 2036 hours.
