9410, I copy, en route to the fall at 365 Hobart Street. 365 Hobart Street. It's a 82-year-old female, conscious and breathing. Caller stated she was on the phone with her mother and she stated she fell and can't move. 9260 is also en route. We have a note stating that doors are locked, but daughter is on her way. She's roughly 10 minutes away with the key.
