Channel 3, units to point, area southbound 481 near the Kirkville Road exit, down at DeWitt. The black BMW with a Florida registration of Sam Sam Mary David 005, SSMD 005, was swerving and went off the road at one point, possibly intoxicated. Last seen exiting at Kirkville westbound. Out of point, 2027.
