at the Blair Apartments, 345 Colorado Boulevard, unit 13. RP's advising that a Black male tried to walk into their apartment while their door was open. They see he's possibly under the influence of something. Sounds like the RP might be following them. Advising that the male is now in Colorado and 5th. Has been advised not to follow the party.
