Headquarters units, said to have a 911 call at 1032 Clarke, 1032 Clarke Street. Resonant there said that they had a male that's been walking up and down the street screaming, doesn't seem to be making any sense. He was wearing a white shirt, tan pants. They said he seemed to be an older male, white male. Possibly walked towards Wintergarden, might have went down Martindale. They can't see him anymore.
