Attention District 3 units, be in the lookout for a 927 subject, last seen at Sutter's Fort, 2701 L Lincoln Street. Subject did have a sharpened stick and kept coming at the caller, getting in the caller's face, but then he put it down and walked off towards Sutter Health Hospital. It's a male, Black, 36 to 43, about 5'10 to 6 foot, thin-build, wearing a gray sweatshirt, unknown bottoms. It's actually clear, 1701 hours.
