Well I’m angry because this is illegal and happening in plain sight. Does the law in Baltimore only apply to those who follow them. Last I checked Federal Hill is a city park and historic landmark…but you’re right why should anything be treated with respect?
B/c no motorbikes in Fed Hill Park. City just re-graded + reinforced that side-was not stable. Riding wrong way down Covington + Key, against traffic.
