South 795, on the sidewalk in front of 521 Walnut Avenue. For the caller, there's a male laying on the ground unconscious. He's incoherent. Doesn't have any obvious injuries or bleeding from anywhere. He's wearing khakis and a black shirt. Caller is still on location.
