3. Caller called around 115 to 1315. Male with a hammer was hitting her neighbor's porch and yelling incoherently. He did appear to walk away after causing property damage, but then the caller found the back door ajar and was concerned. Suspect was a Black male, 40, 5'10", thin, blue hoodie with Seattle in yellow. 3930 Densmore at Mars. 2 Boy 3, we'll be en route to that. You can clear the other units for now. Received. 2 Lincoln 1, 2 Union 3, clear. Thank you. Copy.
