I have a request for an officer to respond to the 1400 block of North Eisenhower Drive in Beckley. It's going to be the parking lot beside Cookout. Caller advised that there's a female giving away Black Live Puppies in the parking lot. Stated that they're in a really small crate and they're stepping all over each other and barely have room to move.
