and some of the manholes are are gone, the covers. So it's not very safe to walk in there. We don't know where we're stepping. So I think the tow truck companies are going to not go out there until those gates are open and water dissipates. Roger. 91, received. Well, the 40s are in here and they have the cars. I just need the gates lifted. So what's going on with that?

So are the 40s stuck there? They can't get out? Trying to visualize it. Yeah, they came in from like off Fox and Boulevard, and instead of having them back out and go around the gate, I just need the gate closer to Hemingway lifted. Roger. Thank you.

The one over at 1018 Quinnipiac. 91, that's me. On the scene earlier, there were emergency floodgates that come down because the house severely flooded that area again. Roger. Okay, we're resessioning. Once the water dissipates, there are two cars still stuck there, I believe, but they're still submerging. Like three or four feet of water.
