I have a shoplifting complaint, 2100 Harper Road, GoMart and Harper Heights in Beckley. It's a very tall black male, last seen wearing a Ruby Tuesdays uniform, stole several egg rolls and a pizza roll, unknown weapons, drugs, or alcohol, has left on foot towards Ruby Tuesday.
