We have a disturbance on our encounter in a vehicle, 8784 Park Lane, Kaizen Park Lane. Caller reports there's a Hispanic male last seen wearing black or dark blue shirt and jeans and a red GMC Lyft is shooting at the trash can. I'll get that signal changed. He's no longer at the location, it looks like.
