408 James Street, map cut off of Anne Street and Paton Street. Seven to eight-year-old female was in the store by herself, was in the roadway coming from Happy Valley Apartments. Advised it's an ongoing problem. She's barefoot and no adults with her. Last seen wearing pink shorts, white shirt, blonde hair. Her name is Elizabeth. I'm clear. Does your complainant want to meet? That's right. I'm clear. I'll be en route. Just clear, 1131.
