2520 that 40, 4343 Congress Avenue. It was a theft in progress with a Black male, brown baseball cap, red and gray shirt, gray pants, gray shoes, was seen walking, was seen squeezing through the gate. He was taking packages out the mail room. He had on a black backpack with him and his scooter.
