2, 1 Sam 3. Should be a white male, 5'9", thin-build, wearing no shirt, white pants, black backpack. The surveillance company advised he was in the center of the property attempting to take wood and building materials. He was on a bicycle. They also have a 13-person, same area in Grapewater at 2836 Marrakesh Lane. Reference a male seen near the new construction build and possibly exiting towards Tuttle on a bicycle.
