Passerby states a white female, 20-year-old, blonde hair, gray shirt, running southbound from this location. The female appeared to be in distress. Caller believes the female is related to a black four-door pickup that stopped in the westbound right shoulder near 200th and West Maple. No weapons seen. 1 Adam 91.
