4624 Murray Hills Drive. 4624 Murray Hills, off of Lake Vista and Rosalie. RP's advising there's a yellow car in this address in the yard. RP doesn't recognize it. It says they keep revving their engine and flicking their lights. It's been going on for 20 minutes. Per prepared, possibly party observed on the ground as well.
