14. At Sprinker Rec Center, 521 Military Road South in the Gazebo in the park, closest to the large field in the travel bathrooms. The subject is refusing to leave. Its employee trying to get him to move along. White female, 40s to 55, 680 pounds, red hair. She's also saying she believes she's on it. She said she believes she's on it, killing someone.
