Alpha Squad 5, calling priority 5 at the, person is laying on the southeast side of intersection on Madison, just south of Central. Going to be a 30 to 35-year-old Black male, unknown height, thin, yellow hoodie, jeans, red shoes. They said they were laying on the curb, but their legs were out in the road. Code 5, 10-4.
