767, 787, suspicious person at 7515 Poplar Avenue. 7515 Poplar Avenue, going to be the 70 River Steakhouse and Grill, across the street from Innsbruck Drive and Rhineland Drive. Caller advising there's a male loitering around outside. Male was on a date, made the female uncomfortable, staff escorted her to her car an hour ago. Subject is a male white in a flannel shirt. Caller advising he's been drinking. He's at the corner of the building next to the unticket building.
